We are currently accepting new patients on to the Practice list and these will need to reside in a specified area. At present, we are taking on patients who live in Twickenham, Teddington and some parts of Hampton, Hanworth and Feltham.

All new patients aged 16 and over are recommended to have a 10 minute New Patient Health Check with our Nurse Associate. Please call the surgery to arrange this, once you have completed your registration forms.

If you are on repeat medication, we recommend that before you register you ensure you have at least two weeks supply from your previous GP. This is to avoid a delay in your prescription during the registration process.

Please note, for children under the age of five; Parents will be asked to complete a Health Visitor Referral form on your first visit to the surgery. New born babies and mothers will require a six week check with the GP, please ensure you register your baby before this appointment.
